Why Ryda Knives?
Ryda Knives is the brainchild of Viktor Ingemarsson, a professional chef that travelled and worked around the world. After releasing his first cookbook 'Raw & Delicious' in 2014, he eventually discovered his true passion and obsession - crafting knives that are the epitome of design and functionality.
After 6 long years of constant fine-tuning and development; deciding on the hardness of the blades, the choice of steels to encase the core steel, determining the best-suited grind.Customer Reviews

"Not just good looking - my new Ryda paring knife is also an absolute pleasure to use. Feels great in the hand, well designed and will last a lifetime. I’m so impressed, I’ll definitely be purchasing more Ryda knives in the near future. They’re my new favourite brand!"

"Took a chance buying this knife, the handle borders on dagger type look, but I liked the blade. Was I wrong. Once you have it in your hand. It's something else.
One of the best packaging out of the box knives in that price range I've come across, out of the box absolute super sharp, paper test in my opinion better then any knife out of the box I have bought. If you want to treat yourself to something nice buy one you won't be sorry."
